How does the DOD Doggy Points member rewards work? You can earn Doggy Rewards by purchasing any item in our site worth over $20.00. You will earn 1 point for each $20.00 that you spend with us and can accumulate points every time you buy one our great products. When you go to the check out, your member rewards are shown in the checkout with the total value of your purchase. You can apply your points to receive a discount on your purchase. How much discount do I get at the check out? Each Doggy Reward point is worth 1% discount at the checkout. You can use up to 50 Doggy Rewards against your total purchase (not including shipping costs). As many of our members come back often to buy regular items and well as great gifts, they can quickly start earning points towards a future purchase. You can spend some or all of your points. Of course it's up to you what you spend them against, from our smallest item to the larger ones. What can I use my Doggy Rewards points to buy? Doggy Rewards are not cash. They are a way of building up a discount on a future purchase. Unlike many rewards programmes, Doggy Points lets you apply your points against any item on our site - not just end of season or a limited range of products. What other member benefits are there? Some items on our site have special member prices, giving your fantastic savings on our already value for money products. Becoming a FREE member lets you shop on our site with discounts automatically applied and displayed. Members are able to take part in our regular competitions and promotions to win some great prizes. These competitions are usually posted on our website, and from time to time are included in our FREE member newsletter. How much does it cost to join? Nothing at all. You can join for FREE online. How do I log in as a member? On the top left of our site is a button marked 'members' all you need to do is enter your email address and secret password and you will be logged in as a member. The site will look almost the same, but as a member browsing our site, any special offer or member discount prices will be applied to our products. You can log in and out as often as you like, and also change your personal information. This helps us with providing you with a great service and to ensure that if you email or call us about your order or request, that we can quickly locate your information and be of assistance. Can I stop being a member? Of course. All you need to do is email us at cs@dod.com.au and let us know that you no longer wish to be a member.
